Beginning Thursday, November 19, Upstate Canine Academy will be adding text messaging to our contactless pick up process to make it faster and easier to pick up your dog from doggie daycare. Simply text (518) 723-3006 with your dog’s first and last name (ex. Bailey Smith) when you have arrived, and we’ll bring your dog to you! Note: this number does not accept phone calls, so please call the office, if you need to speak with our staff.
During the winter months, it gets dark earlier, so it’s hard for us to see when you have arrived. By using our new text message pick up service, we’ll be able to bring your dog out sooner, and you’ll be able to stay in your warm car!
